Procedures for Approval and Sign-off

Approval and sign off procedures are crucial steps in the production process for GGS Creations. Please read the below terms of service which forms guidelines for any project.

Terms of Services:

• The costs are always Net
• The costs quoted is always only for Designing and does not include Printing
• High Resolution Logo and Product Photographs to be shared by Client prior to start of work

Required timeline for completion of task is as follows:

• Once above quote is approved, we will share Proforma Invoice for 50% advance
• Timeline for completion of every project varies. It could take a minimum 5 to 25 working days. This depends on project. The specific timelines are given once we have the creative brief from clients.
• Size will be as per the specifications provided/identified during the discussion
• Client to approve the final material/draft within 48 hours of submission. Any delay in approval will entail extension of project completion date line.
• Balance Payment to be released to the designer after the final art work is approved and before submission of completed work.
